A member agency of the Food Bank is required to be a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization, who provides food at no cost to those in need. All agencies are required to submit monthly statistics to the Food Bank documenting the number of meals and/or persons served. The Food Bank monitors each agency every two years to determine if the facility is suitable for ensuring the wholesomeness of food until it is used and/or distributed.
